Return Policy
At Hardwürst, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s our return policy:
1. Return Period:
• You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
2. Return Conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all tags and original packaging.
3. Return Procedure:
• Contact our customer service at contact@hardwurst.com to initiate the return process.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label.
4. Refunds:
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
• To exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-returnable Items:
• Custom products, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.
